EBRP Parking Ordinance as it pertains to Lake Sherwood Acres

 Below is a copy of the EBR Parking Ordinance as it pertains to the subdivision.  Please note that there are
 some sections that my not be known to everyone and they are commonly violated.
 
 In order to avoid a citation, the complete ordinance has been sent so that
 everyone can know the details.

Sec. 11:415. Stopping, standing or parking prohibited; general rules.
   (a)   No person shall stop, stand or park a vehicle, or permit a vehicle
  registered in his name to be stopped, standing or parked,  
 
  (1)   On a sidewalk;
 
  (2)   In front of or blocking a public or private driveway;
 
  (15)   On the driver's left-hand side of any two-way street or highway;
 
  (22)   On the grass in the front yard between the front of the residence
  and the street of any lot in the A1, A2, A2.5, A3 or A4 districts and in
  recognized subdivisions in the rural district.
 
  Sec. 11:416. Parking on neutral ground, parks, rights-of-way, sidewalks
  and  other public and private places prohibited.
 
  (1)   Upon a neutral ground, right-of-way, sidewalk, strip of land between
  a  property line and street curb, or other public way.
 
  (4)   Upon privately owned property without the prior authorization and
  consent of the owner thereof.
 
  Sec. 11:418. Standing or parking close to curb.
 
  (a)   No person shall stand or park a vehicle in a roadway other than
  parallel with the edge of the roadway headed in the direction of lawful
  traffic movement and with passenger-side wheels of the vehicle within
  eighteen (18) inches of the curb or edge of the roadway except as
  otherwise provided in this chapter.
 
  Sec. 11:417. Parking for certain purposes prohibited.
 
  (1)   Displaying such vehicle for sale;
 
   Sec. 11:423. Time limitation on parking on any street.
 
  No person shall permit his vehicle, either as an operator or registered
  owner, to remain parked on any street for a period of time longer than
  nine (9) hours of any twenty-four-hour period beginning at 6:00 a.m., of one
  day to 6:00 a.m., of the next day, and the vehicle can only be so parked if
  parking is specifically permitted under other provisions of this title.
