| Lake Sherwood Club Definitions (Effective: May 10, 2006) General Provisions Notice: These rules and the use of the pool, clubhouse, tennis facilities and premises may be altered or limited in the interest of the facility and convenience of the members at the discretion of the Lake Sherwood Club Board of Directors without notice. Definitions: Class A Member - Each lot owner (and spouse and their children actually residing on the lot) in Lake Sherwood Acres Subdivision who is not delinquent in payment of dues to the Sherwood Lake Association is a Class A Member of the Lake Sherwood Club. Class B Member - Class B membership may be allowed on a yearly basis at the discretion of the Board of Directors of the Lake Sherwood Club. Any member of the Lake Sherwood Club who is not a Class A member shall not be entitled to vote. There shall be two types of Class B memberships. Class B-1 membership shall be a family membership (Father, Mother, and children residing in the household) and entitles the Class B-1 member to use of the pool, clubhouse, and tennis facilities from the date of pool opening to the date of pool closing subject to all the rules and regulations. Class B-2 membership shall be an individual membership allowed to a non-resident member of the Lake Sherwood Club swim team. Class B-2 members shall have no rights or privileges to use the clubhouse or tennis facilities. They may only use the pool facilities and are subject to all Lake Sherwood Club rules and regulations. Guest: Any non-member invited by and accompanied by a Class A member. Class A members shall pay annual dues in an amount as provided in accordance with the Articles and By-laws of the Sherwood Lake Association and Lake Sherwood Club Association. Class B-1 members shall pay annual dues in the amount of $350.00 which shall be due and pre-payable on May 1 for membership from date of pool opening to date of pool closing. Class B-2 members shall pay annual dues in the amount of $75.00 which shall be due and pre-payable on May 1 for membership |
