___I understand that the keys will not
be available until 1-2 hours before the event start time or as agreed
with the Rental Chairman.
___I agree that I will be present during this event and take
responsibility for the stated and proper use of the facilities.
___I agree that all parties for
children ages21 and under will be chaperoned by an adult club member at
all times and will have an adult chaperone to child ratio of no less
than 1:8 (as set forth in the Lake
Sherwood Acres Club Rental Rules found on the website at
www.lakesherwoodacres.com)
___I agree that all or a portion of
my deposit may be withheld to cover any damages that may occur and that
the deposit will not be refunded until the keys are returned & the
clubhouse is found to be in order.
___I agree to pay for any damages that
occur to the premises that are beyond the amount of my deposit.

to leave the club in the condition set forth in the Basic Checklist
portion of the Rental Agreement.
