Lake Sherwood Club 2010 Fee Schedule

Fee Schedule:

2 hours                        30 people or fewer                                         $100.00 

4 hours                        30 people or fewer                                         $150.00   

4 hours                        50 people or fewer                                         $200.00

4 hours                        50 - 100  people                                              $300.00

Recurring scheduled programs                                                         $15.00 to $25.00/hr depending on
                                                                                                              the activity

•           Additional hours beyond 4hrs                                                    $25.00/hour

•           Any party over 100 people must be approved by the Board who will set the fee.

•         2 extra hours are allowed for setup & cleanup for a clubhouse party time.

 $50 cleaning fee is included in the above fees.

If a renter wishes to set up the night before a function another full day's rental fee is required.

Any Sherwood Lake Association or Lake Sherwood Club sponsored activity or programs shall be without charge.  The Lake Sherwood Club will bear the cost of any cleaning necessary.  However, it is expected that any sponsored group would make every effort to leave the clubhouse clean, garbage cans emptied and any spills mopped up.
