BASIC RENTAL CHECKLIST - A fire extinguisher is in the kitchen by the stove
and also in the party room. Check the battery in the smoke detector in the kitchen.
- Toilet paper, soap, hand towels and garbage can liners are provided by the Club. Paper towels and any kitchen supplies should be supplied by renter.
- Carry all garbage out to the dumpster. (the key is on the key ring). Replace garbage can liners. The liners are found under the sink in the party room.
- Return all tables and chairs to the rolling carts, and put the carts along the front walls.
• Have someone hold the chairs in an upright position as they are restacked. This helps to be sure that almost all chairs will fit on the carts. This is important. - Turn off heating or air conditioning before leaving.
- Turn off all inside lights.
- Lock all doors and return keys to Rental Chairperson according to agreement.
