How much are my annual dues?

Lake lots are $862

Off-Lake lots are $532

When are they due?

March 1st of each year.

Is there a late fee?

Yes. $100 first year, $200 second year, $400 three or more consecutive years of dues received past the deadline.

How can I pay?

You have lots of options...

1) Mail a check or money order payable to:

2) Same as above only you can drop it in the drop box to the left of the clubhouse entrance. Please email treasurer@lakesherwoodacres.com to let us know you did this so we can collect it timely.

3) Zelle your payment to Sherwood-Lake-Assoc-Inc

If it asks you to enter an email address use info@lakesherwoodacres.com

NOTE: We understand that mistakes can happen, however we are not responsible if you send payment to the wrong person. Zelle payments are like cash, once you send them, they can't be reversed.

4) Email treasurer@lakesherwoodacres.com and request a custom payment link. There will be a credit card processing fee.

What are Executory Proceedings?

Art. 2631. Use of executory proceedings

Executory proceedings are those which are used to effect the seizure and sale of property, without previous citation and judgment, to enforce a mortgage or privilege thereon evidenced by an authentic act importing a confession of judgment, and in other cases allowed by law.

Make sure you write your Lot # on your payment so we credit you properly!
