INDEMINIFICATION, HOLD HARMLESS AND INSURANCE AGREEMENT
LAKE SHERWOOD ACRES CLUBHOUSE
As a condition of _______________________ (name of RENTERl) using the Clubhouse at Lake Sherwood Acres, (“Clubhouse”) for the purpose of having an event and/or meeting, I hereby certify that I understand that an attendant will not be on duty in the Clubhouse and that I must supervise all guest/members, as they use the facilities, at my own risk. I agree to inspect the facilities as best I can before use for any disrepair and report any problems to the Clubhouse Manager. My use of the Clubhouse shall not include the use of the pool. I further understand and acknowledge that the Clubhouse equipment and pool can be dangerous, and that it is my responsibility to direct my guests/members, they are not to use the pool for any reason at any time.
To the extent permitted by law, _______________________________ agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless LAKE SHERWOOD LAKE ASSOCIATION, AS WELL AS THE LAKE SHERWOOD CLUB (“Owner”), the individual members of Sherwood Lake Association/Lake Sherwood Club, and the liability insurer for each, from and against any and all claims, suits, liens, judgments, damages, losses and expenses including reasonable legal fees and costs arising in whole or in part and in any manner from acts, omissions, breach or default of CLUBHOUSE USE, in connection with events and/or meetings.
