Clubhouse Rental
If you would like to have a private party in the pool area outside of regular pool hours, a certified lifeguard must be provided and cannot be guaranteed to be available for your date.
Please call or email the Party Manager for anything related
to pool or gazebo parties.
Take advantage of the great club house facilities all year round! Use the clubhouse, pool and/or the grounds for graduations parties, birthday parties, weddings, swimming parties, meetings, office parties, crawfish boils, or family reunions. We love to have class or school parties! The possibilities are endless and our rates are the best in town!
DO NOT CALL the RENTAL CHAIRMAN for POOL or GAZEBO RENTALS!
If you want to rent our clubhouse, ALL initial contacts will be made via email.
This is what you need to do:
1. Check out our details already on the website. Most of your questions can be answered with a few clicks!
b. Rental Rates
d. Detailed photos of all our spaces
e. Rental Calendar for availability of your date.
2. If you have rented before and you know what you want, the quickest way to reserve
your date is to:
a. Go to our online Google Doc here to request your date
b. Fill this out and send it in by hitting the submit button at the bottom
3. If you just want to inquire about a date, please check our calendar which is
kept current with rental availability. ( Calendar.) If you need other info on pricing,
rules and details on the space, please refer to number 1 above.
a. You may email the Rental Chairman if your questions remain unanswered at
rentals@lakesherwoodclub.com Be sure and include the following information:
i. Your Name
ii. Date and time of your event.
iii. Number of people
iv. Are you a member of the club? Are you a homeowner.
v. Any questions or details you may have
