Square footage of the main room is roughly 1600 square feet.
Capacity of clubhouse: up to 100 people
We have available for use at no extra charge:
o 8-- 4ft Round tables, white plastic tops, metal legs
o 8-- 6 ft rectangular tables, white plastic, metal legs
o 1-- 8 ft rectangular table, white plastic, metal legs
o 60-70 folding chairs-- white plastic, metal legs
o 4-burner stove, oven, microwave, and standard household size refrigerator/freezer
o Separate chest freezer for ice storage
o Bar area with extra sink
o Separate male and female restrooms with paper products provided
o Pull down projector screen mounted in main room
o Wi-fi
We do NOT have available for use: tablecloths, glassware, serving utensils or serving pieces. We do not have a sound system.
Toilet paper, soap, hand towels and garbage can liners are provided by the Club. Paper towels and any kitchen supplies should be supplied by renter.
No nails, staples or tacks are allowed to be used on the walls, trim, or any surfaces in the clubhouse. Absolutely no holes of any kind may be put in any surfaces. No tape of any kind may be used on the floors. Removeable tape and art gum are the only type of hangers allowed for decorations. These must be provided by the renter and must be removed by the renter at the end of the event.
The rental fee allows the renter up to six hours in the facility. This includes setup and cleanup. Any additional time needed is $50/hour.
Use of the pool deck is not included in clubhouse rental fee. The pool is available for use for added fees. Lifeguards must be used, even if guests aren’t swimming.
