Clubhouse Rental
If you would like to have a private party in the pool area outside of regular pool hours, a certified lifeguard must be provided and cannot be guaranteed to be available for your date.
Please call or email the Party Manager for anything related
to pool or gazebo parties.
Take advantage of the great club house facilities all year round! Use the clubhouse, pool and/or the grounds for graduations parties, birthday parties, weddings, swimming parties, meetings, office parties, crawfish boils, or family reunions. We love to have class or school parties! The possibilities are endless and our rates are the best in town!
DO NOT CALL the RENTAL CHAIRMAN for POOL or GAZEBO RENTALS!
If you want to rent our clubhouse, ALL initial contacts will be made via email.
If you are renting the clubhouse AND want to swim you MUST fill out the Request Form (found here) in addition to the Clubhouse Rental Request Form. Clubhouse rentals and pool parties are handled by different managers.
This is what you need to do:
1. Check out our details already on the website. Most of your questions can be answered with a few clicks!

d. Detailed photos of all our spaces
e. Rental Calendar for availability of your date.
2. If you just want to inquire about a date, or get a price, or need other info:
a. Email the Rental Info & Request form see page here or send an email to rentals@lakesherwoodclub.com, and be sure and include the following information:
i. Your Name
ii. Date and time of your event.
iii. Number of people
iv. Are you a member of the club? Are you a homeowner.
v. Any questions or details you may have
3. If you have rented before and you know what you want, the quickest way to reserve
your date is to:
a. Download the Rental Request and Agreement and the Hold Harmless Forms
b. Fill them out and sign both
c. Scan and return it to rentals@lakesherwoodclub.com
d. Pay your deposit to hold the date.

All inquiries will be answered in a timely manner. Due to volume, we are no longer
handling initial inquiries via phone.
